The Correct and Safe way to use a Pressure Cooker

  1. Check the inner seal of the lid to ensure there are no residues or leftover water.
  2. Remove the whistle lever and make sure there’s no leftover food or debris inside.
  3. Safely place the food inside the cooker.
  4. Close the cooker using the main locking button and press down on the lid.
  5. Lock the whistle lever, turn on the stove, and set the food type on the indicator.
  6. After 10 minutes, the safety valve will rise, as shown in the video.
  7. You can find the recommended cooking times for each recipe in the booklet provided with the cooker.
  8. Once the safety valve goes down and the cooker cools, unlock the whistle lever and open the lid easily and safely.
